CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
The concept, developed by the art director, centered around “12 Doors of Opportunity,” with each box revealing a different theme through a door-like opening structure. The team expanded this into a triptych format to represent individual paths after graduation while sharing a common foundation.
The visual direction drew inspiration from video game environments, with each row presenting a unique journey. The scenery and characters were inspired by Hawaiʻi’s landscapes and native wildlife.

EXECUTION:
To translate this concept across all materials:
Designed four triptych boxes, including all panel layouts and illustrations
Developed the “sky” themed visual system, incorporating character and environmental storytelling
Maintained visual consistency across panels while aligning with the overall concept
Translated themes of resilience and growth into a cohesive visual narrative
